Terms of use, in plain words
These are general terms for visiting the site and buying placements. They are not legal advice, and a qualified professional can help with anything specific.
What you are buying
SEO Masters USA is a self-serve marketplace for individual dofollow backlinks on vetted websites. You choose rows, add them to a basket, review it and pay from your balance.
Placements are written automatically unless you supply instructions or your own article. Most go live within about 24 hours of payment, and status shows under ordered links.
Short and clear is the aim.
Prices appear on each row before you add it to the basket, and the basket total is shown before you pay. Read it once more. Then approve.
Links are one input among many. We do not promise rankings, traffic or any particular result, and nothing here describes a customer outcome.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the pages and content you point links at. Please target only sites you own or are authorised to promote.
Keep your sign-in details and API key private. Actions taken with them count as yours.
Do not use the service for unlawful, misleading or abusive material.
If you resell links to your own clients, the relationship with them is yours. You decide what to tell them, and you answer for it.
Content and links
Articles written for a placement are meant to be useful to readers. Please do not ask for text that is false, hateful or aimed at deceiving people.
Placement stays subject to the donor site's own standards. If a publisher declines something, the order status will show it. Straight talk matters. We aim to be open about outcomes, because bad news early beats bad news late.
Third-party names such as Google, Ahrefs and Semrush belong to their owners, and mentioning them does not imply a partnership.
We may refuse or remove an order that breaks these rules. Fair warning, where we can give it, comes first.
How orders behave
- Nothing is charged until you pay the basket
- Balance is topped up in the dashboard, not through the API
- Invoices and proforma invoices are available there
- AI agents may fill a basket, but a human approves payment
- Publishers approve every placement on their own sites
Changes and contact
We may update the service and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and continued use means you accept the current version.
Questions go through your account page. For how we handle data, read the privacy notes.
